Would it be possible to add Goodreads links to authors even if they don’t have an author note? I usually click the author name to look them up in my Calibre library, but it’d be great to have the Goodreads link there too, like it is for authors with notes.

Make sure this option is checked on plugin config:

'Set author links for authors who do not have them'

That option is checked, but the plugin returns:
