To be fair, I'm red/green colorblind though...

Okay... you guys have me convinced... I'm getting the blue reader for my sister as a surprise gift. I was planning to get her the silver one, since it's the one the online Canadian Sony shop sells. SO: anyone here know a good place to buy the blue reader, a place that ships to Canada (and allows the buyer to pay with an European card...). Of couurse, I could just wire the money to sis and have her get one, but that would not be as fun as her getting a surprise mail delivery

I bought my husband a blue one for Christmas because he's male and he needed to have a different color than mine (silver with brown case). I must admit to being quite jealous of his blue one. It's much lovelier in person than the picture online.

I bought a blue one in July. The daily high temperature here was about 93. Since I bought it, I've noticed a steady drop in temperature where I live. I have to conclude that the blue one is helping in the life and death struggle to reverse global warming.

Curious. Does it spend some of its time next to the fish?

You have forced me to come out and admit coveting the blue one...my silver reader is feeling unloved. Now where did I put that can of spray paint?

Me too. If I would have gotten to choose, I would have chosen blue. But I have silver (gift from dh) and I love it, so I will defend my silver. I do so like to rub it and try to keep it shiny. I will deal with the silver I was given...

I have the "inferior" silver one as well...and I love it. Truth be told, not sure if I'd trade it for a blue one or not if I had the chance.
