Footer doesn't display in fullscreen - Page 2

Have you tried disabling GPU acceleration? See Qt WebEngine Debugging and Profiling . What you want to do is to set a environment variable called QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS with the value set to --disable-gpu which seems to help with some odd issues with the viewer and video drivers.

Try changing the colour scheme to a non-system mode (black, white, whatever) and see if that shows the progress though on my system, it makes no difference. If so, we will know a bit more about what your issue is.

Thank you I have managed to take the screenshot and will attach it below but pardon how do you change the environment variables in calibre? Should I add the Flag's in the program's launch section?

Lastly I have tried to set the color preferences to white, sepia light and black and still nothing

I currently use just the header, but in the past I used both.

And I can confirm that the footer won't display, so i'd suggest the OP wait for a fix, or use header instead

@theducks that will probably be because you have reduced the page margins to the point tey are too small. Click restore defaults in both the page layout and headers and footers section and you should be fine. The progress displays in the bottom right corner as always in fullscreen, with default settings on windows for me.

That's it. I had the margin at bottom set to 4 while testing the footer displaying. Now I've set it to 40, and the footer did show.

), I think the difference is Kobo treats Device status lines as not part of the Body (margin)
