If a warehouse was built near here (as close as possible), that would mean more same-day deliveries and the trucks/vans would nor be a bother.

Let me get this straight. Do you mean a nearby warehouse would improve the delivery speed of Kindle books, or Kindle readers?

As for your OP post about hi-res graphics, Amazon gives you high definition (HD) at best. There was a series of photography books by Foton, and most of the books had HD images, not 4K or 8K. I think they (Amazon or the publishers) are highly worried about customers printing images on large stock paper.

In another thread (linked above), Amazon was playing games with the graphics in a Brandon Sanderson book. Amazon was not always giving the correct resolution graphics..

As for delivery, I don't mean digital stuff would be faster. It's the physical stuff that might be delivered faster.
