Dealing with Adobe DRM eBooks from other stores?

Ok, so I thought I had made progress by locating Adobe's folder for holding the eBooks. But upon uploading the book into Calibre from there I get this Error Message:

You are using an old version of the deDRM plugin, you need to update them to the latest version.

Update to the latest NoDRM/deDRM.

The only reason I'm replying is because of something I couldn't tell in your responses.

When using the ACSM plug-in in Calibre, you download the ACSM file and drag the ACSM file onto Calibre. Calibre will automatically use the ACSM file to import an ePub. If using the ACSM plug-in, you don't need to have Adobe open at all.

Or right click and Open File with Calibre in a File manager. Or use Add Book and browse for it.

You don't even need to have Adobe installed at all depending on settings.
