For the title, have you tried sending the metadata again using Kobo Utilities? You can also upload the cover using Kobo Utilities.

I'm not sure there's anything you cannot fix using Kobo Utilities so you don't have to remove the original eBook when updating it.

I suggest sending no more then 50 at a time. That's not any hard and fast rule. It's just what I think.

I don't know the answer, either, I can only offer anecdotal evidence. When I first got my Libra2 I made absolutely no effort to split my books into small batches. I sent all 500+ epubs (auto-transformed to kepubs) in one go. It took 30-40 minutes but there were no errors. It *may* be relevant that I know that all the transferred epubs are 100% error-free.

I know all of mine are error free as well. But if it's an unknown if they are error free, I suggested 50 at most.
