In my case, I auto convert to kepub, and I'd like to give precedence to convert from the EPUB3 format over the EPUB2 one. At the moment it's just this one book so I guess I could do it manually. Interestingly, in the input format order list there's just one entry for EPUB but separate entries for AZW, AZW3 and AZW4. I guess that's because they're easily distinguishable by their fine names?

AZW is more or less generic and can be mobi, KF8, whatever. AZW3 is Amazon's KF8 format while AZW4 is a container for a Print Replica ebook (generally a PDF though I have seen a fixed layout mobi wrapped in a AZW4 container).
