Those are very old DRM plugins that DeDRM replaced. They are very unlikely to work with an new version of calibre.

Has not changed since Calibre 1.x (maybe before)

Open the .zip file, extract the two .zip files inside it and then use Preferences => Plugins => load plug-in from file.

Not at all, I genuinely do not know how to insert the plug-in from that link into Calibre. And if you do not mind me saying so, people like you give these forums a bad name by making sweeping statements like that. Otherwise, what are the forums for but to ask questions and get answers you do not know yourself?

Okay, I clicked on the link that Jon kindly provided. That brought up the first link I provided below. On that page, I automatically assumed that I needed to click on the DeDRM_plugin. Clicking on that brought me to the 2nd link I provided below. What do I click next, is it the stand-alone blue icon or have I gone wrong somewhere else? Sorry for "needing a nanny," but I genuinely don’t know, contrary to what BetterRed thinks. Thank you.

When you are at the first link, this one, https://github.com/noDRM/DeDRM_tools, look at the right hand side where it says "Releases 4". Click on the 10.0.3 next to the label "latest". That will take you to a page describing the release. Down toward the bottom you will see "Assets" -- click on the "DeDRM_tools_10.0.3.zip". That should download the container zip file for you.

Then unzip that, and find the plugin inside it -- install that.

After following your instructions, the DeDRM_tools.10.0.3.zip ended in My Downloads folder. I opened that and there were a couple of zip files inside. The very top zip file was named DeDRM_plugin.zip

Should I open that?

Now, what and how do I insert into Calibre?

Sorry for being thick, but I would really like to know how to do this.
