i agree. for me the Kobo firmware is better, if it wasn't i'd more than likely have more Kindle's than Kobo's.

I bought my Libra 2 from the Kobo site and had no problems. If I buy another Kobo, I might purchase it from Amazon, then at least in terms of delivery and replacement/refund I'd have no problems.
I've never really had any issues with Amazon CS. If anything, they've gone out of their way to be helpful.
