I have a look at this eBook at one of the libraries I use and it's got 1 copy with 31 on the wait list. That's a large wait list for a book that most will not read because it requires it to be read online.

It appears that book was once available on Amazon but has since been pulled. (Copyright issue?) Perhaps more formats were present when the book was originally made available on OverDrive.

Semi-related, but Open Library's mostly moved to 1-hour loans, which can only be read in browser. No more downloads for sideloading. Well, that's incredibly annoying of the Open Library. I really wish they'd had the sense not to pick fights with the book publishing industry.

I've seen it happen a few times where the book was only available in the browser, though was not sure why. It's pretty annoying.
