For what it's worth, one of my co-workers bought herself a PW5 as an early Christmas present. She asked me about freezing on a page since it is happening to her on a regular basis. She decided to exchange her PW5 for a new one after my assurances that freezing is not normal for any ereader so trying a replacement device was a good idea.

I’ve also noticed the 2 pages thingy. For me it only happens when I touch the screen, not when I swipe, which luckily is what comes natural most of the time.
I restored the PW to factory settings on Saturday morning, and it hasn’t frozen again, so hopefully that fixed the problem. I will give it a few more days before I decide whether I need to return it or not. I really want to avoid it. |
