I have both a Forma and an Elipsa. I thought I would be sensitive to 227 dpi vs 300 dpi, but I honestly cannot see the difference. I do notice that the contrast of the Elipsa's screen is much better than my Forma's, and so is the evenness of the lighting. There is no discolored band of light on the Elipsa. The Elipsa has become my favorite ereader (note that I use it simply for reading and not for notetaking or highlighting, so issues with those functions don't affect me).

Same. But my eyesight is crap, so bigger screen plus better contrast trumps dpi any day
