It didnt work when i loged out of the kobo and even after reset , it also makes my kobo 'import content ' even if nothing was added
After trying the other things on this thread the msg was not there anymore but calibre still didn't read the on device ones ..

Unfortunately, a few people have reported corrupt database issues with the Elipsa. I have no proof that it is calibre causing this. As far as I can tell, the database is already corrupted when it hits this line. This is right at the beginning of the database being accessed and a long time before any writes are done.

There is discussion of this in the Kobo forum. That includes some ideas on how and when to check to try and find when it is actually happening.
