Yep. If you're using the device on its own, you can borrow the Overdrive book via the Experimental Browser, then it will show up in your Kindle when you sync. But you can also borrow via a web browser on your smartphone or PC. These will also also automatically sync. Integration with Overdrive, but not quite the same level as Overdrive supported Kobos.

Yeah, Kobo definitely has better Overdrive integration with Kindle.

My main point is that both Kindle and Kobo can borrow library books. But Kindle only works in the U.S. Not sure where the OP is.

Beware the Voyage screen is arguably the best that's ever been released, not matched by any since. I believe they were micro-etched which gets the best of gloss vs matte, but were expensive to make.

My favourite devices are:
- Inkpalm 5 for typical text only epubs/mobis (requires some hacking to work in English, but very light, pocketable, and has page turn buttons)
- 8" Boox Nova (B/W) for manga
- 13" Boox Max for A4 PDFs / magazines / graphic novels

I use a bluetooth page turner when they're in a stand.

The Boox Nova is 7.8". The only 8" Readers are the Kobo Forma and the Tolino Epos 2. Everything else close 7.8".

Pleased to report the Clara HD has had no problems whatsoever since database compression so thank you folks. It's off to a family member to replace a K4 now
