Thank you for the other details. I did not know that AZW is editable in Calibre.
Create a directory in the root of Your Kindle and call it: fonts. In that directory You can put the fonts You desire. AZW3 (but not Moby IIRC) supports also embedded fonts but unless particular needs I don't use them in the books I change with calibre.
