You might want to look into that. That implies either someone else is downloading these books, or you have downloaded it with a different Adobe account. In either case, you might want to solve it.

The menu item to create it in calibre is:

"Create empty book (Book entry without format)"

They are useful for any time you don't actually have an ebook. I use them for library books, others use them for their paper books or wishlist items.
