And did you try what @DNSB suggested? In the library I tried, I had a lot more than eight custom columns, but I had previously sized the dialog to not have scrollbars. Hence I didn't see it. But, I also couldn't resize the dialog. When I changed to the first tab, I could resize it a lot smaller. And that showed the problem on the custom columns tab.
