That is the command that worked to get this to work on the 500. The problem I think was that it was one large page and the 500 cannot easily handle a single page that's too large.

It works, many thanks - disappointing this has uncovered another flaw in the prs500 that a firmware update could have dealt with :/

But, it was a fairly simple fix once I took a look at the underlying HTML. Pkus, you know have a ToC that you did not have before. So you have ended up with a better copy then even the PRC.
