About $30 sounds x2 or more expensive for a cell, inc postage.
I've bought 2 x Kindle Keyboard and one DXG cells off a Chinese seller on eBay. About 5 to 6 weeks delivery. A couple were a year old and one was dated a month before it was shipped.

The biggest issue was waiting for the time and date to reset from WiFi (Keyboard) or 3G (DXG), about a day.
