You don't need the "ebook-viewer" there; that's from an example of running the viewer from the commandline.

Thank you everyone for this thread! Since I had never set a User Variable before, I had had no idea where to do or where to enter the text! This was the perfect solution and I can use Calibre to read ebooks on my PC again!

For what it matters, I switched over to Dxtory (which has application-specific settings). Except for the few games that don't like it, then I just use a powershell script to auto-launch FRAPS with the game and then auto-close it afterwards.

Sorry to bump this up but i tried everything in this thread, restarted my pc every time but still, when in fullscreen in the calibre ebook reader, the nvidia OSD still shows up which, i guess means the gpu acceleration is still active so i'm not sure what i am doing wrong (?)
