Editing the HTML and CSS to allow the lines would be easiest for the large volume of these I have to do. Could you point me towards a tutorial or something on how to allow blank lines?

Found a fix! Instead of pressing ENTER for a new line, which gives the empty paragraphs, if I press SHIFT-ENTER for a new line, Calibri understands that as a blank line!
