The iPAQ 3850, not the newest PDA, is mostly likely unable to address cards with more than 2Gb.

Alex, Thanks again. I knew my PDA is a older, but I want to know if I use same software, can I see the 2Gb in my PDA?

Have you upgraded to WM 2003? I think your PDA came originally with 2002, is that correct? I am not sure if this helps solving your problem, but it's worth a try (at least if you don't have to pay for the upgrade - otherwise if I were you I'd dig around more to find out if this would indeed solve the issues with your card).
