Yes, I heard of a guy in Poland who apparently had a broken screen and the support refused to fix it under the warranty. The guy said the ereader was just lying at the table, no drops, no squeezing into a backpack etc. In any case, I have just order a Poke Pro. I will see how I like it. These nowadays ereaders are so light. My old 6 inch Onyx is almost 300g, PB is only slightly more than half of this weight. They cannot be as durable as they used to be in the past!
