That's true, I've seen other books that had everything but ebook formats available. They seem to be the last to be available for some reason.

Age of Death is now available for pre order in ebook format. On Amazon for $9.99. I'm not sure if the price will go up when it's available on Feb 4 release date. Although on his site he did say that it would be sold for $14.99. So I went ahead and pre ordered for $9.99.
