Thanks for the update. I'll try it out as soon as I get home from work today. It's really encouraging that Onyx listens to user feedback and responds like this, even following up on forum posts to announce a fix. I wish more companies had this level of care.

Unfortunately the firmware update is not working with me. After I pair the remote with my phone, it gives the attached error. Tried multiple times, reinstalled, tried on a different device.

This was erroring out on two different Android devices, but finally got it successfully installed using another phone. Remote works fine now.

Glad to hear that.

Sorry for the late reply here. We have forwarded this bug to our R&D colleagues to follow up and it has been fixed with the App. Please kindly try the new App for the firmware update of remote control, and the error has been fixed. Apologize again for any inconvenience that may cause.
