For any book related problems, I would supply the title, author, ISBN and the link to the book in the store. For OD problems, the library and borrowing details. They might also need details about OD account, but, as there are two people having the same problem, it probably isn't account related.

I am curious to hear if other people experience the same issue when trying to borrow the same eBooks through the Kobo Store. Thanks!
Based on what you have said, and @PeterT's experience, this is a Kobo issue. It looks like OD have given the details to Kobo, but something is wrong there. And, the symptoms are in the Kobo environment, so they are the starting point. Report the problem to Kobo to look at. If it is an issue between the Kobo and OD, they will have the contacts.

Thanks for the input. Could you recommend a direct way to report this to Kobo? I must not be on the right web page.

There should be a "Feedback" link on the right side of the Kobo store pages. Click that and then the "Customer Care" option.

I'm so glad to find this thread (although sorry for those of us having problems with our Overdrive borrows). I have a Forma, and borrowed three books from my "main" library yesterday. When I got home, I synced the Forma to download the books, but only one of them downloaded. I tried syncing again, but no more books appeared on the Forma.

I tried searching the Kobo Store, and sure enough one of the two books that did not download does not exist in the store. So that makes sense why it wouldn't download, although it would be nice to get an error dialog instead of just silently failing. The other book exists in the Kobo Store (Blood Brothers by Randy Roberts). After reading this thread, I compared the ISBN in the Kobo store version with my library's version, and they are different. I guess that explains why it didn't download, though again an error dialog would be nice.

I've also had the problem mentioned earlier of an Overdrive book suddenly reverting to a Preview after syncing, even though it still indicates the number of days remaining in the loan period and the progress percentage. I've never been patient enough to see if it would resolve on its own, choosing instead to delete the preview and download it again. That means I lose my bookmarks and annotations, which is a pain, but at least I can start reading it again immediately.
