That's the way that Amazon does it. To me, it makes more sense to put the option under "digital orders."

Yes, I did that as issybird suggested and the refund processed quickly. However, I first looked under "digital orders" which proved inconsistent. No return button for Shogun but there were return buttons for other recently purchased books.

Oh my, if you think that the desktop version (which I assume that you're using), is inconsistent, you ought to try the Android version. No, on second thought, you shouldn't try the Android version. ha

Hmmm . . . . about the lack of a "return button" . . . are you sure that you didn't already make the return, maybe accidentally without realizing it?

VERY sure. I tried to get a refund the day after purchase but didn't accomplish it until today when I read issybird's post.
