Problem solved!!! It was not the cable, because I bought a new one and I had the same problem. The solution is the following: being a new device I was afraid to connect the connector to the bottom of the device and that was the problem. If the connector is not inserted to the bottom the pc does not recognize it.

You mean it wasn't pushed all the way in?

Yes, it has been like this. When the connector is not inserted to the bottom the device is charged but the pc does not recognize it
Pretty basic. And so stupid I have been

Now another problem. When formatting the sd memory through likebook as "internal memory" windows does not recognize it as such, only the 12 gigas of the device are visible

Well now you know. You should always try to insert the cables flush to the device, pushing in and not to the sides won't break the solder joints if your a little rough. It seems sketchy on the Mars as it has that curve where the port is but on most devices it's flat at that part.

That's cause that just mapps it internally as a part of internal as well as formating it differently but doesn't change its mount point in windows. Does it see it at all or just no sdcard shows up on the pc under the device name? Might be able to take the card out and put it in a reader to see it but don't format it on the pc or it won't be internal on the likebook anymore.

Hahaha, that's also something very logical and basic that you say.
Windows only recognizes the internal memory of the device. The sd memory does not appear.

Is there a reason you can't keep it as external storage in the likebook vs becoming internal? Then the MTP should be able to see it. An app your using requires it to be internal?

Actually there was no reason to make sd memory an internal storage. I've tried it because I've had problems with the likebook to detect a sd memory of 32 gigabytes. Now with a memory of 8 gigas windows it recognizes it when connecting likebook mimas to the pc. As you well said

Oh, format your sdcard of 32 as fat32 with this app and it will see it in the likebook. https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/for...ows/index.html
