20% coupon at Fictionwise - Page 2

I was another who got the coupon, and yes my code had a different number than the one posted at the top of the thread. For what it's worth, I was able to use it with Micropay with no trouble. (I made a full price purchase first of 100% rebate books then used the coupon).

I've received a 10% discount from FW. BUt all ebooks I'm interested in are cheaper in BoB, even considering the 10% discount in the FW price (I'm not a club member).

I don't know if the coupon is linked to my account or if I can give it away. If someone wants it, PM me. (If more than one person PMs me, I'll give it to the first one).

If it's got some number attached it's probably linked to your account. One way to check is to log in to Fictionwise, go to "My bookshelf" and check your "Member and Site Discounts" link. If it's attached to your account it will probably show up as a member discount. That's where my 20% discount showed up.

I can see how BoB would be cheaper than the coupon you received though. I'm a member on FW and the discounts stacked (I got 20% off the member price) so I ended up with about 32-33% off list and got some Micropay rebates to boot so it worked very well for me.

nah, i buy at fictionwise all the time. they said it was for randomly selected people - i guess that was true.

funny because when i read that, i figured it was just marketing hype.
