Actually, if you did buy it twice, go to your ORDER section and get the relevant order #s. Amazon customer service will refund the money on the newer one and take it out of your account even if you have downloaded it. If it is not a recent purchase, it will go as a credit to your account rather than back on the gift card or credit card.
