one thing i miss the most in sigil is multiple regex search&replace with one click.
indesign exports some things the same & in my case wrong way every time.
with 1 click in notepad++ i start script that fixes that.

You can define multiple search and replace tasks with Saved Searches groups (Tools > Saved Searches > Add Group > Add Entry).
