But, BoB has it for less than Amazon. Amazon is more then the list price of the mass market paperback while BoB is the list price of the mass market paperback.

Yes, but I don't want to open an account at BoB just for this. Also, my browser (Opera) keep warning me that BoB's encryption is not secure or some such.
