One of my favorite quotations, together with Red Hot Chili Pepper's "Ghen ghen gon gon ghen ghen gon gon ghen ghen gon".

They're nice, I suppose. They're not the Sunshine Coast or Noosa, but I guess they're okay. Noosa is paradise, but, though I seem to gloat, please remember that, I've been to paradise but I've never been to me.

Next time visit I will see Noosa and the The Sunshine Coast.

But since I was particularly investing the question in ounces and not Oz's ...

Isn't an ounce the weight of some lacey-frill-wearing, inbred monarch's first baby stool of digested scones and tea? Oh, right, you're talking fluid ounces though. So would that be about a thimble full of tears some silk-knickered poncy princling cries when he pricks his pinky while sewing his first "We hate the colonies" handkerchief?

Oh Sir, the outrage, the unmollified insult, not even a crust of regretful remorse - "We hate the colonies" that is so incorrect it must be stated, on those poncy hanky's that we are the hated "Failed Colonies" And did we fail, we droop are U's and can't spell, donut for doughnut. But then the kings english belongs to the king and royality don't share but the troubles without. So as a failed colonist, I, sir, challege you to a duel during my next visit. I must see If I can give you a proper thrashing over malt scotch and puns at 10 paces or is that buckets?

as the actress said to the bishop it is nothing to clap about, it poses a problem of the spilling the contents so one is therefore in need of a straw depending upon the contents of the glass and depending upon the contents, is 10 oz enough

Well, from this not-so-very-failed colony (unless you mean the economy today), my schoolmates used to ask "Where is Intercourse?" and be answered "Oh, about halfway to Paradise!!". Both being Pennsylvania towns (in the Pennsylvania Dutch / Amish area) I guess you had to live in the right place to be able to answer correctly.

Actually, I don't think I've been to Paradise, either, now that you mention it.

BadgoodDEB - Actually we are the failed colonies, but not a failed country, consider we acted like bad children who had bad parents and we basically left home and went out on our own. So in the eyes of our parents we failed.

Now as for PA, where I live - just think a boy can go from Blueball to Virginville and as long as they don't go to Intercourse before visiting Minister Creek they will go to Paradise and not Hellertown.
