Most of the Moroccan squad play their football in Europe (I think over half were born in Europe!) Whilst the Iranian team are mostly playing in their own league apart from their top goal scorer who plays in Holland.

There you go. All my knowledge on these two teams.

I'm going for a Morocco win.

Congratulations to Iran!

The Spain/Portugal game is the best match so far. Two goals so far, lots of other action and great skill by both teams. This is more like it

Yes. Great game. Hopefully it'll be remembered more for the great goals scored by Nacho, Ronaldo and Costa than for De Gea's mistake.

As a Portugal fan, i am happy with the final result and Ronaldo performance, but if we want to go far, we have to imp+rove a lot.

Guedes was a disappointment today along with Bruno Fernandes. They played way better during the season.

Best game of the tournament so far!

Spain, as expected, look dangerous but fallible in defence if they lose the ball.

Portugal look even more reliant upon Ronaldo here than at Euro 2016 for goals and I don't think that defence is good enough to take them beyond round 3.

Neither side should be troubled by Iran or Morocco.

If Mexico had more quality and composure up front then they would have cruised the game.

I fancy a Swedish win tomorrow which would make the Sweden v Germany game very interesting.

I have to say there is a decent chance that, dare I say it, Germany may not get out of this group.

Interesting that none of the highly touted teams have done well so far. Germany lost and Brazil, Spain and Argentina could all only draw. Perhaps it'll be a more open competition than thought?
