The Unpack tool will be labelled something like Decompacteur de livres. You will need to add it to a toolbar, or find it's keyboard shortcut, it's 'U' in English.

This tool is not shown in standard configuration. You can add it via preferences ->interface ->toolbars and menus to one of your toolbars

Edit: ups. Just recognize there was already answer from BR on page two
