As promised, I checked.
What you are looking for is
/data/data/com.onyx.android.data/databases/onyx.cms.db

It contains, among the rest: a table 'library_bookmark', verified with a test, and a table 'library_metadata', where the column 'progress' should indicate the last visited page (also found in the table 'library_history').

The file contains info about the whole library.
You will need root access to retrieve it. On Linux, Cydia Impactor works perfectly for that.

Unfortunately I don't have root access. Maybe I will get deeper into rooting my ebook.

It would be nice if they could give access to this folder with future updates, anyway.

I guess they may prefer to avoid a user breaking a systemic piece by modifying it clumsily.
