You can always download the EPUB3 test suite and do your own testing. See EPUB3 Testsuite/ for the test files. This set is from a couple of years back but covers most of the relevant features.

What I found was that the sites that posted tests were always well out of date on the firmware revisions they were testing so I gave up trying to follow them.
