I personally think the H2O has the minimum size screen you need for comfortable manga reading. The 6" ones are a tiny bit too small (granted, this depends a bit on the language you are reading in). The A1 is probably ideal. If you want to see what an 8" screen looks like, I'm sure you can find an iPad Mini and test it out using some of the manga web sites to get some idea.

I owned the Aura HD which has the same 6.8" size as the H2O.

For some manga, the screen size is just good enough to read.

While other manga titles, smaller font sizes are used and it is not readable on the H2O.

I ended up getting the Aura One which I find much more comfortable to read manga on.

As a lot of people here have already said, the H2O is the minimum size you want to go with when it comes to manga / comics / graphic novels. Given my eyesight, I need to zoom in a bit on the panles so I find that if the manga does not have a lot of full-page / double-page panels (ie: is mainy three/four rows of panles that can be zoomed-in on two rows at a time) that I find reading manga on the H2O pleasurable.

it's the sound effects, which most of the case are "drawn" and not "written" thus, they are translate at the bottom in a very small size.
