Really pleased to see it in the UK but have to confess to feeling a bit miffed - bought mine 2 months ago for £150 (ish) more which could have gone on books instead.
Oh well, c'est la vie.
At least it means WH Smith focus on ebooks is more likely to increase.

I can't see that being a genuine price. I suspect they meant to say £249. £149 is probably less than the manufacturing cost of the machine.

I called WH Smith yesterday afternoon to check contents and established that it's effectively the 'deluxe' package i.e. with cover, usb charger, 2gb SD card and earphones. The (very nice) woman said she had suggested the webteam update the product description to include this information.
So, I would guess if there is some sort of error to be revised (and I venture no opinions on that myself) it will come to light sooner or later as more interest is raised.
