When adding the second column, did you change what is in the "Lookup name" field and the "Column Heading" field? I can add several "Yes/No" columns as long as I change these fields.

What's the exact error message you get? There should be a button to copy the message. Press that and post the details. Or take some screenshots like BR is doing to show what you have before and are now adding.

Why do you think you can add a second custom column with the same name. Column names and lookup values have to be unique.

London to brick on, the OP is pressing the blue Yes/No at the top and not changing the lookup name. Helpfulness can sometimes be somewhat cretinous.

Thank you BetterRed it finally worked I called it a different name.
I thought all you had to do was the same as I did for the genre and formats...check the box.
As there was one there called Like I checked the ox but nothing happened

So I got stuck
But am happy now so thanks All for your patience.
