When adding the second column, did you change what is in the "Lookup name" field and the "Column Heading" field? I can add several "Yes/No" columns as long as I change these fields.

Why do you think you can add a second custom column with the same name. Column names and lookup values have to be unique.

London to brick on, the OP is pressing the blue Yes/No at the top and not changing the lookup name. Helpfulness can sometimes be somewhat cretinous.

Thank you BetterRed it finally worked I called it a different name.
I thought all you had to do was the same as I did for the genre and formats...check the box. As there was one there called Like I checked the ox but nothing happened So I got stuck But am happy now so thanks All for your patience. ![]() |
