Read status from Kobo to Calibre?

Add the custom columns to calibre's setup.
Add the needed columns used to KoboUtilities configuration.
Add the checkmark to Store current bookmarks on connect in Kobo Utilities. You may want to remove the Only if more recent checkmark.

I think there is a decent explanation for the needed setup in the Kobo Utilities plugin thread.

Try:

• Connect the Kobo
• Select the books you want to syncronize
• Kobo Utilities -> Store / Restore current marker (Or similar, I've got Spanish interface)
• Store the Marker

For everytime, you should configure Kobo Utilities (Options, profiles, Store / Update when connecting -or similar)
