	So I applied all your suggestions but no matter what I do, I can't go beyond offset 10303. Even when I hardcoded in the script to start from offset 10300 it is able to verify only 3 first blocks and hangs. I had re-tried tens of times and can't go a single bit further. Unfortunately BGA soldering is beyond my skills and hardware capabilities so probably it's the right time to go shopping

	OR The entire device as "For Parts Only" Since you have u-boot access, I would suggest using the "Erase All" menu selection so someone does not recover your personal, device specific, information. Also, don't forget to go to your Amazon account and de-register it. "Erase All" does not prohibit recovering the device if the hardware is good (which is not the case here). We have a very detailed "Tutorial" thread on that process (long because we had to invent it as we went).  |
