Glad you got this resolved. From what I understand from the other thread, you needed assistance because something was wrong with the kindle. It should never have been such a runaround for you to begin with. Glad they took care of it in the end. They should have connected you to someone the first time you told them TTY.
Is that dedicated line not listed in plain site on amazon? Sure hope it is. Enjoy your new Voyage.
