The case I just got is the kind you can slide the device in and out of, and is not conformed to the back. Most people probably get the slim style, which conforms. |

I've been using it heavily for 3.5 years. My only issue is that the charging port is loose, but it still works. The on/off button is also a bit sketchy, it doesn't always work, but I mostly use a sleep cover which means I don't need to use the power button anyway. But, it has been, by far, the best ereader I have had and is the only one I use. |

No Jon, that's been said by you in other threads. And what possible relevance does this comment have to this thread other than your obsession with everyone using a cover?

I have a Voyage and a Paperwhite which I read with more than the Kobo but I still find the Kobo perfectly adequate. I keep my current book on it and keep it manually synced in case I go somewhere where i'll be in sunlight and have a chance to read. I used it today for that in fact. It's great because it fits comfortably in my pocket. It's certainly the least among all my ereaders, well actually that would be the Nook. The Aura is better than my Nook Glowlight Plus but not nearly as nice as my Kindles with their better screens. And yet, if it was my only ereader I'd be okay with that. It's a perfectly servicable device. Barry |

![]() Aura and Aura HD are totally different devices. The Aura is a 6" reader with a flush screen and capacitive touch while the Aura HD is a 6.8" device with a recessed screen and IR touch. |

Ya, I forgot that the Aura HD actually came out before the Aura 6" so the HD is more properly the original of the Aura series (curse you and your device naming Kobo
