Why would you consider the science unproven? I think there is pretty good evidence that blue light is bad for you

Is my thought on E930 right?

1. Can PDF or TXT format in "Korean language" be recognized at the device?

2. Does Dictionary screen appear when any word is tapped at PDF file?
Does stand alone dictionary mean that it does not pop?

3. Could I get informed of the root possiblity of E930 with the program like Root Checker?

4.There is no E930 and E920 Plus except for E920 at Hanvon home page.
Because they are ODM or OEM products for other selling companies?
What would be difference between E930 and E920 Plus?
I am currently on holiday with no access to the devices, so I can only answer no. 4:
Both devices exist: the E920 plus is the upgraded version of the E920. It runs Win CE at its core, but you can't access it. It has dual touch, but no frontlight.
I will address the rest of your questions when I get back home in a few days.

It was proven some years ago: Read this article from Harvard Medical School: http://www.health.harvard.edu/stayin...as-a-dark-side

Obviously constructors don't communicate a lot about it...

My personal preference is for the M96. If you have specific questions/use cases, I am willing to compare them for you.
Why do you prefer M96?

Basically because of the Android OS. There are thousands of compatible apps on the Play Store, so you can install any ebook reader app, scribble app, rss reader, read your email, browse the web, connect a bluetooth keyboard and use it as a monitor in the sun, etc.
The Hanvon's hardware is better, but the closed OS means you are limited to what the device offers out of the box, which is not a lot.
However, if you only want to read/write and you need dual touch + frontlight, the Hanvon is a good choice.

Actually I was thinking of now comparing Kobo Aura one with Hanvon. Kobo aura one don't have the ability to write but given that I already have Sony digital paper and a sufrace pro for writing, the lack of writing ability would not matter that much and also at 8 inch Kobo should be good at at handling pdfs
