It does have Apple Pencil support but as I said, it's not necessarily a success. I guess your mileage may vary though.

I updated my Evernote page with a sample from Whink. After playing with it some more, it looks to me very similar to Notability, with a much better looking interface but less polished features.

The next update will probably be 'improvements to iPad Pro and Apple Pencil support'.
