I was going to mention Hotspot Shield, but bbusybookworm beat me to it. Since you have to sign up with a name and email address for Pandora and Hulu, this is another site that might be helpful:

Another thing to look at is Veoh's Veoh Software.(http://www.veoh.com/veohTV/download.html)

It has access to all the Hulu content, and previously you did not even need to run a Proxy to get the content.

Now, I haven't run it in a while, but its worth checking out. I personally find the interface easier to use then Hulu's own.

An Update for those looking for more US content online.

Many of you may be aware of Joost, Formally the Venice Project, the P2P Video distribution network. While most of the content available is not mainstream, there are a lo of gems, and the quality is quiet good.

A trick I've used a few times is to run Hotspot shield or any other Proxy service and then launch Joost. There is a TON of more content available for the US market (As usual) and so is worth checking out.
