Unfortunately, I didn't note down the serial number ☹️. It's very possibile that they sent me back the same e-reader. However, the carton box was sealed.

I'm fed up with the whole situation and decided to send the e-obok back and got my money back.

I will give another try and buy Kobo e-reader from another source - probably from abroad. Hope to be be more lucky 😀.
