With words: "send it back and do not get refund money" I mean do not get back monitor's money not only shipping back money. Both. 995+170USD (He lives in USA). I don't know he personally i found in internet his story with dasung.

I was wrote dasung , they answered and give newer software release what was much better, but after while start again with same problems. I don't know how it is possible. With 1024x768 resolution it works , for me personally, better than 600x800. I use windows 7 (special for this monitor installed) because in windows 8 was much worse. I think that good alternative is Onyx Boox Max with VNC. It is also cheaper.

What is your monitor's problem ?
Do you have better working condition or same ?
What is your operating system?
