I don't know. While the other versions may have lacked ToC, I'm very grateful that they were so quick to respond and provide non-pdf versions of these ebooks. They were emailing them out in response to individual emails, even! And I've found some wonderful books among the bunch. But yes, if it weren't for calibre, it would have been a pain. Thank Kovidgoyal for Calibre.
