I don't know. While the other versions may have lacked ToC, I'm very grateful that they were so quick to respond and provide non-pdf versions of these ebooks. They were emailing them out in response to individual emails, even! And I've found some wonderful books among the bunch. But yes, if it weren't for calibre, it would have been a pain. Thank Kovidgoyal for Calibre.

I mean really, how hard is it to make a proper ToC for the HTML and then use that to make the Mobipocket edition along with a Sony Edition. Mobipocket Publisher and Calibre are easy enough to use.
